We’re excited to share that Beebolt is moving to a dual-CEO leadership structure from December 2025, with our co-founders, Talal Abu-Issa and Thelma Onyeka leading the company together.
This structural shift reflects our rapid growth and impact from the past 12 months, and commitment to strong, collaborative decision-making.
As we build on the momentum of the past year, Talal and Thelma will work side-by-side to expand our impact, strengthen our solutions - including Conductor™, co-developed with SEMI - and deepen our partnerships with global organisations.
